About the role

  • Conduct quotations and make purchases of products, services, and equipment according to company requests and demands;
  • Plan purchases in line with strategic decisions and internal needs;
  • Negotiate with suppliers, analyzing prices, delivery lead times, and commercial terms;
  • Follow up on deliveries of purchased products and services, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Maintain continuous contact with suppliers, strengthening relationships and ensuring quality of supply;
  • Analyze the supplier market, identifying opportunities and alternative sources of supply;
  • Issue purchase orders in the system, ensuring correct completion of information and technical specifications;
  • Plan and monitor performed maintenance activities;
  • Keep the supplier database, service records, and control spreadsheets up to date;
  • Work with knowledge of invoices (Notas Fiscais) and system posting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of invoices (Notas Fiscais);
  • Experience in accounting;
  • Communication skills;
  • Strong written communication;
