Conduct system administration activities on all the servers in all the environments
Keep all servers up to date on all OS patches
Manage backup and restore capabilities
Perform daily monitoring of the servers, performance tuning, and verifying health of the servers
Monitor State iPost scores and actions needed to keep the servers patched
Manage development network and VPN software
Provide Tier-2 support for system users
Support Security A&A process to maintain the system’s Authority to Operate (ATO)

Requirements

3 – 5 years experience with Windows system administration
Experience managing virtual servers, using software like VMware and pfSense
Experience with backing up and restoring production servers
Experience with system to system communications
Experience with development networks – physical servers and networking
Experience providing Tier-2 user support
Preferred: Experience with Federal A&A processes and security requirements
Preferred: Experience managing IIS
Preferred: Experience managing applications like Azure DevOps
Preferred: Experience with using Splunk
Desired: B.S. degree in an IT related field preferred
