About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in a fast-paced or deadline-driven environment
  • Supporting the invoicing process – helping create and track customer invoices
  • Assisting with payments and cash tracking
  • Helping manage supplier invoices and purchase orders
  • Supporting bank reconciliations and financial checks
  • Responding to queries from colleagues and customers in a professional way
  • Working with teams across different countries and departments
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and finance projects
  • Learning how to use tools and systems to improve efficiency, including AI-enabled processes
  • Rotate and support different areas of finance such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A positive, eager-to-learn attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Good communication skills – you enjoy working with others
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Ability to take ownership and show initiative
  • Ability to travel 3 days a week to work in our Belfast Office
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including: Maths (essential) and English (essential)
