About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role in deploying our solution for our most strategic clients.
Lead end-to-end projects across both Build and Run phases, for clients spanning a variety of industries (retail, healthcare, real estate, etc.).
In charge of all the projects lifecycles: scoping, solution configuration (contact center, AI…), integration with the client's IT ecosystem (CRM, business tools), testing phases, go-live, and continuous optimization.
Drive project governance by defining milestones, managing risks, and ensuring commitments are met across quality and timelines.
Manage client relationships at a strategic level, lead steering committees to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
Bring expert recommendations grounded in industry best practices to continuously optimize the performance of deployed solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technical, and Customer Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in SaaS solution implementation.
Hands-on experience managing direct client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Engineering degree with solid project management experience, ideally gained within a Cloud software vendor or fast-growing tech company.
A genuine client-first mindset combined with sharp organizational skills and a structured approach to delivery.
A strong interest in web technologies and a natural ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English and professional proficiency in Spanish.
