Product Designer

• Work closely with Head of Design, Lead Product Designer and wider Design and Product teams to bring strategic oversight and UX depth to product development.
• Validate and guide major product initiatives and contribute to evolution of design practices.
• Understand user needs, analytics, and market trends through workshops, research, and data analysis.
• Design and validate wireframes, mockups, and user flows in Figma, collaborating with Product Owners and Developers.
• Co-manage UI kit and Design System (Figma tokens, atomic components, layouts, visual assets) with design team.
• Bring a UX-focused mindset to all stages of product ideation, ensuring usability and user impact.
• Mentor the Product designer through design reviews.
