About the role
- Work closely with Head of Design, Lead Product Designer and wider Design and Product teams to bring strategic oversight and UX depth to product development.
- Validate and guide major product initiatives and contribute to evolution of design practices.
- Understand user needs, analytics, and market trends through workshops, research, and data analysis.
- Design and validate wireframes, mockups, and user flows in Figma, collaborating with Product Owners and Developers.
- Co-manage UI kit and Design System (Figma tokens, atomic components, layouts, visual assets) with design team.
- Bring a UX-focused mindset to all stages of product ideation, ensuring usability and user impact.
- Mentor the Product designer through design reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on SaaS products.
- A strong grasp of UX best practices, combined with a solid understanding of UI craft.
- Proficiency in Figma and autonomy in managing components, flows, and collaborative design.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset and sense of ownership.
- Curiosity and an analytical approach to user needs, always looking for ways to improve the product experience.
- A collaborative spirit: you love sharing ideas, challenging assumptions, and learning from others.
