Manage planning and execution of translation project deliverables
Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure project plans, deliverables and prioritization are successfully implemented
Lead dedicated translation planning and process execution
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for translation processes that support Product UI/Screens, Product Labeling, Advertising and Promotional Materials
Participate in and support all product franchise and/or quality related program activities
Manage any questions or concerns that occur during translations projects
Monitors and provides status updates for project plans, project schedules in support of Product Labeling Project Managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years translation project management work experience
A minimum of 5 years’ Healthcare/life sciences experience is required.
5 years’ experience working within a regulated industry
Strong knowledge with MS Office, including Outlook, Project, and Visio.
Strong working knowledge and experience with translation vendors and translation management tools.
Experience with document management systems, such as Agile PLM and SharePoint.
