About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure smooth day-to-day order operations in the Medical Device industry
- Lead and develop a team of agents
- Drive continuous improvements and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Support daily effective order reimbursement processes
- Identify opportunities for operational process efficiencies
- Conduct effective resource planning within workforce management and forecast logic
- Monitor and improve employee quality requirements
- Coordinate and initiate conference calls and Webex meetings
- Special projects as assigned on an international level
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years’ experience in order management and/or back office team lead competence
- Living and working in Germany is mandatory
- Experience of working in a back office & order management environment in the medical industry as a people manager and leader
- Degree or relevant experience
- German and English language skills are mandatory (C1-level English)
