About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure smooth day-to-day order operations in the Medical Device industry
Lead and develop a team of agents
Drive continuous improvements and collaborate with key stakeholders
Support daily effective order reimbursement processes
Identify opportunities for operational process efficiencies
Conduct effective resource planning within workforce management and forecast logic
Monitor and improve employee quality requirements
Coordinate and initiate conference calls and Webex meetings
Special projects as assigned on an international level

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years’ experience in order management and/or back office team lead competence
Living and working in Germany is mandatory
Experience of working in a back office & order management environment in the medical industry as a people manager and leader
Degree or relevant experience
German and English language skills are mandatory (C1-level English)
