Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education & practical experience
5+ years of experience leading or building enterprise Design Systems.
Deep understanding of tokens, theming, component architecture, and design-to-code workflows.
AI is part of your daily workflow.
Proven experience connecting AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code), Design Systems, Figma, and production code.
Experience in regulated industries is valuable but not required.
