About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create visually impactful, on-brand assets that support marketing initiatives across consumer, HCP, and payer audiences.
- Your work will span across print, infographics, digital ads, social media, website layouts, email, packaging, event materials, PowerPoint templates and internal communications.
- Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all deliverables, maintaining accuracy, quality, and a consistent visual identity.
- Partner with marketing, content, and digital teams to translate briefs into effective creative solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Leverage design systems, templates, and emerging tools (including AI) to improve speed, scalability, and creative output.
- Manage projects from concept to final execution, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, objectives, and production requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work (digital, print, campaigns) and strong brand consistency
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, or similar
- Proven experience managing multiple (3–5+) concurrent projects, consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality output
- Experience designing for both digital (website layouts) and print, including social media, web, email, packaging, and event materials
- Strong visual storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging designs
- Demonstrated experience presenting design rationale, incorporating feedback effectively, and working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and digital teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
