About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of four Content Strategists, focusing on enhancing digital and mobile user experiences through effective language.
Translate business and product priorities into scalable content strategies and frameworks.
Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to create cohesive, user-centered experiences.
Define the UX content strategy for Omnipod 5 products, ensuring consistency in voice and terminology.
Mentor the content team to uphold high standards of quality and craft.
Refine content systems and governance, embedding content strategy throughout the product development lifecycle.
Champion best practices in accessibility and inclusive design.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Content Strategy, UX, Communications, English, or similar)
7+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, content design, or related field
3+ years of experience leading content strategy or content design teams
Proven experience delivering end-to-end (mobile-based) content strategy across complex products or platforms
Deep expertise in UX writing, content strategy, and/or information architecture
Experience building and scaling content systems, governance models, and design system integrations
Strong understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, and structured content principles
Experience using research and analytics to inform content decisions
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, and content management systems
Experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceuticals (minimum requirement is a highly regulated industry).
