Work with cross-functional teams (systems, software, mechanical, electrical) on root cause investigation and mitigation of device reliability issues
Qualify new component suppliers and support new product development
Work hands on with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Instron, Pressure Transducers, OGP, High Speed Camera) to identify bugs, troubleshoot, and perform Root Cause Analysis
Design test procedures, perform custom tests, and analyze data to support qualifications and design enhancements
Manage project documentation (create protocols, reports, and design history file documentation) and drive team alignment and approvals
Assist or lead Engineering Change Orders
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited BS program in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or bio-engineering
Mechanical aptitude / hands on mentality
Familiar with statistical analysis
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good documentation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Must have transportation to Acton office (some carpooling options available)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Experience or willingness to work hands-on with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Instron, Pressure Transducers, OGP, High Speed Camera)
