About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of a long-term business plan aimed at addressing key drivers and engaging stakeholders within the diabetes community
- Collaborate closely with the Market Access team on payer strategies
- Focus on strategic medical device marketing to ensure the successful execution of core initiatives
- Identify new market partnerships and ensure alignment with internal teams
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, analyze market performance, manage budgets, and lead a team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry marketing experience
- Experience creating and implementing a consumer-focused strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading a function and team within a matrix organization to operate effectively across multiple channels
- Strong experience in healthcare environment
- Experience developing and commercializing new products/line extensions
- Diabetes experience or knowledge
- MBA or advanced degree
