About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the trusted technology advisor to senior leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience
- Translate go-to-market objectives and commercial priorities into multi-year technology roadmaps and investment plans
- Proactively identify opportunities where technology can drive customer acquisition, retention, market expansion, and commercial operational efficiency
- Own technology demand intake, prioritization, and business case development for Commercial & Growth initiatives
- Partner with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet commercial and customer-facing requirements
- Frame options, implications, and trade-offs to support executive decision-making within Commercial & Growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 18+ years of progressive, relevant experience or Master's degree with 12+ years of progressive, relevant experience
- Experience in technology leadership, IT business partnership, or enterprise technology roles supporting commercial, marketing, or customer-facing functions
- Strong understanding of commercial and marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, digital commerce, analytics, customer experience platforms)
- Proven experience operating at an enterprise scale and partnering with senior business leaders
- Experience in complex, regulated environments (medtech, healthcare, pharma, or medical device preferred)
