About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap to achieve enterprise and program level goals
Define integrated release targets & scope, value proposition & delivery to drive growth, provide customers with cadence of new innovations, and maximize return on investment
Drive initiatives across a matrixed set of stakeholders and teams
Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to understand the Insulet customer journey and product launch strategies that will impact business processes across the customer journey
Lead a scrum team to shape features and user stories, driving alignment and documenting user stories with comprehensive requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with technical architects and leads to discover, design, and test solutions
Drive scope tradeoff evaluations on feature implementation
Participate in usability studies to bring voice of the customer on a feature to the team
Support business case development (both cost and value) for new opportunities and product improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant work experience
5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies
Experience in healthcare technology, especially complex provider-facing
Preferred Diabetes experience or knowledge
Familiarity with Web and CRM platforms
