About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and lead solution design, Business Process Management (BPM), and Continuous Improvement (CI) capability.
  • Improve internal customer experiences and collect relevant performance data.
  • Define process management standards and tools for organization-wide use.
  • Manage new service onboarding and establish core capabilities for IGBS implementation.
  • Collaborate with Insulet Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and deliver process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 15+ years leading Business Process Transformation activities and associated teams for large organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and working with industry standard techniques including Six Sigma and Lean (as examples).
  • Experience with GBS implementations and operational settings.
