About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead solution design, Business Process Management (BPM), and Continuous Improvement (CI) capability.
- Improve internal customer experiences and collect relevant performance data.
- Define process management standards and tools for organization-wide use.
- Manage new service onboarding and establish core capabilities for IGBS implementation.
- Collaborate with Insulet Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and deliver process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or equivalent preferred.
- 15+ years leading Business Process Transformation activities and associated teams for large organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading and working with industry standard techniques including Six Sigma and Lean (as examples).
- Experience with GBS implementations and operational settings.
