Leads and supports a high-performing inside sales team
Acts as an escalation point for customer issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates’ degree
2 + years of experience in an inside sale or contact center environment
Experience as a supervisor with responsibility for direct reports
Expert knowledge of Diabetes and Insulin Pumps
Experience with the Salesforce system
