About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production and distribution schedules.
Plan sterilization loads, capacity usage, and sequencing across sterilization sites.
Monitor planned capacity, cycle times, and throughput constraints.
Identify risks related to capacity shortfalls, equipment downtime and vendor limitations.
Develop contingency plans for disruptions (e.g., sterilizer outages, validation delays, regulatory holds).
Support weekly/monthly supply plan review and yearly budget review.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Logistics teams to align execution.
Interface with external sterilization vendors to manage schedules, priorities, and performance.
Analyze cycle time drivers, including process delays, capacity constraints, and variability.
Develop executive-ready dashboards, metrics, and insights related to cycle time performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in supply planning, supply chain analytics, or operations planning
Strong analytical skills with experience in cycle time, lead time, and variability analysis
Ability to translate data into insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders
