About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for developing the global strategic direction for consumer marketing related to next‑generation Omnipod Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) systems.
  • Drive deep understanding of the lived experience of people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Market Research/Insights, and other stakeholders.
  • Support global GTM planning for next-gen AID launches.
  • Own decisions related to product messaging, positioning and targeting for consumers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 10 years' experience consumer product marketing strategy and execution, ideally within medical device, pharmaceutical and/or diabetes industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
  • Ability to lead a creative agency in the creation of innovative marketing messaging.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations to executive audiences.
  • Has strong emotional intelligence and ability to engage and lead others.
