Lead quality governance across Agile teams, embedding quality gates and metrics into CI/CD pipelines.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to align testing with business priorities.
Manage and mentor a large team (>10) of QA engineers and vendor testers.
Drive career development through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), certifications, and coaching culture.
Own the automation strategy using ACCELQ and complementary frameworks/tools.
Lead planning and execution of functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles.
Deliver concise executive readouts, dashboards, and release recommendations.

Requirements

10+ years in software testing/QA, with 5+ years managing large QA teams
Deep Salesforce QA experience (Sales/Service Cloud; Classic & Lightning) and integration testing.
Proven leadership in automation strategy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, ACCELQ, Karate Polarion ALM, and CI/CD-integrated automation.
Strong communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder influence.
