About the role
- Define and execute a modern QA strategy focused on automation-first, shift-left testing, and continuous quality engineering.
- Champion AI/GenAI adoption in QA with human-in-the-loop validation.
- Lead quality governance across Agile teams, embedding quality gates and metrics into CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to align testing with business priorities.
- Manage and mentor a large team (>10) of QA engineers and vendor testers.
- Drive career development through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), certifications, and coaching culture.
- Own the automation strategy using ACCELQ and complementary frameworks/tools.
- Lead planning and execution of functional, regression, integration, and UAT cycles.
- Deliver concise executive readouts, dashboards, and release recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software testing/QA, with 5+ years managing large QA teams
- Deep Salesforce QA experience (Sales/Service Cloud; Classic & Lightning) and integration testing.
- Proven leadership in automation strategy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, ACCELQ, Karate Polarion ALM, and CI/CD-integrated automation.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder influence.
