About the role
- As Product Manager, Marketing Spain, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives for the Omnipod portfolio in Spain.
- Drive adoption of the Automatic Insulin Delivery (AID) system, optimize lead conversion, and strengthen customer retention by turning market insights into impactful, omnichannel programs.
- Work with internal partners on product launches, coordinate major congresses and events for healthcare professionals and patients, and deploy best‑in‑class marketing assets that maximize visibility and engagement.
- Execute Spain’s national marketing strategy and develop and implement national marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with international priorities and local market needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to adapt and develop engaging creative assets for marketing communications aimed at HCPs and consumers living with diabetes.
- Organize main events and congresses for medical professionals and patients including tradeshow artwork, booth visuals, invites, logistics, symposiums as required.
- Design clear, impactful messaging and resources that increase field effectiveness and gather and integrate HCP and consumer insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a healthcare-related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
- Demonstrated experience in a consumer and/or healthcare professional marketing-driven organization.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns to HCPs/patients – developing engaging communication.
- Experience with email marketing and CRM preferred.
- Experience working within a regional or global team preferred.
- Prior experience of developing communications within a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare) preferred.
- Fluent in English to ensure smooth collaboration with internal and global teams.
