About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the global DSCX UX research roadmap, including digital user flows, websites, web portals, and customer care experiences, in collaboration with UX leadership and cross-functional partners (IT, Product, Marketing, and others)
- Maintain ongoing visibility into active and upcoming research initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams on a weekly basis
- Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative research studies using rigorous, best practice methodologies
- Serve as a thought partner and mentor to the other three researchers on the team, providing strategic and executional guidance
- Deliver clear, compelling research reports and presentations with strong storytelling and data visualization
- Communicate proactively and effectively with the Senior User Research Manager, peers, and partners
- Evangelize user insights to influence strategy, design decisions, and customer-centered outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional UX research experience supporting physical, digital, web, and/or service-based products
- Familiarity with IT systems and experience in medical, healthcare, and/or diabetes-related domains
- Strong experience conducting primary research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing, tools such as Qualtrics)
- Proficiency using design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, AI) to support research planning and synthesis
- Demonstrated ability to drive data-informed design and business decision-making.
