About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customer onboarding and training process
- Handle inbound requests and enter orders
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage data within Salesforce in collaboration with commercial teams
- Flexibly handle priority activities for the commercial team
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years related experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize objectives
- Experience with SFDC preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
