About the role

  • Register for and attend career fairs and other campus recruiting events as a representative of Insulet
  • Recruit, coordinate, and train employee volunteers for university events
  • Lead and support the planning and execution of social and professional engagement events for interns and co-ops
  • Assist with email marketing and communications for career fairs, virtual interview days, and site visits
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to help fill over 50 student-level positions
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation related to university recruiting programs
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and light analysis to support decision-making
  • Assist with problem-solving and special projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Pursuing BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism; exhibit dependability.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
  • Prior experience using Kahoot preferred
  • Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed
  • Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules
  • Maintains professional behavior and appearance
  • Able to work flexible hours for occasional evening events
  • Possible travel to out-of-state events
