About the role

  • Support the Field Marketing team with coordination and logistics for sales meetings and regional activities.
  • Provide administrative support for regional sales and field marketing led meetings (agenda prep, note-taking, tracking follow-ups).
  • Assist with presentation preparation, including simple formatting and organization.
  • Help with basic operations, such as organizing materials, tracking shipments, and supporting on-site needs when applicable.
  • Support day-to-day team coordination tasks to keep field programs running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Event Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, dependability, and strong follow-through
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual and office setting
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable using basic business and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, email)
  • Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel up to five times over the summer to support sales meetings and field marketing events (pending company/government policy)
