Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Field Marketing team with coordination and logistics for sales meetings and regional activities.
Provide administrative support for regional sales and field marketing led meetings (agenda prep, note-taking, tracking follow-ups).
Assist with presentation preparation, including simple formatting and organization.
Help with basic operations, such as organizing materials, tracking shipments, and supporting on-site needs when applicable.
Support day-to-day team coordination tasks to keep field programs running smoothly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Event Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, dependability, and strong follow-through
Ability to work effectively in a virtual and office setting
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable using basic business and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, email)
Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel up to five times over the summer to support sales meetings and field marketing events (pending company/government policy)
