- Lead IC governance meetings to ensure consistent stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
- Drive alignment of IC programs with broader organizational goals and priorities.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to meet strategic IC objectives through continuous improvement and innovation.
- Build strong partnerships across key stakeholder groups to support information sharing and problem solving.
- Provide expert guidance on incentive plan design, ensuring alignment with internal goals and external best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation within a Total Rewards or related function.
- Experience building and operating governance routines and stakeholder forums for compensation programs.
- Proven ability to develop, document, and scale processes, standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global environment supporting multiple regions.
