About the role
- Collaborate on strategy, planning and execution of new field sales tools including digital sales aids.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely development and approval of materials.
- Collaborate with CRM, Sales Enablement, and Training teams to ensure integration of new tools and platforms.
- Align with US HCP Marketing and Global Product Marketing for consistent messaging and campaign execution across all diabetes segments.
- Maintain compliance and cross functional development alongside MLR/Veeva submission and approval processes.
- Develop launch plans for new tools including integrating into new hire and ongoing training plans.
- Support collaboration with US Marketing Events team to utilize sales tools and strategies for national and local events.
- Track against KPIs to measure tool effectiveness and adoption.
- Gain insights through field travel to digest feedback, evaluate tools, and message recall initiatives.
- Partner with external agencies for ongoing evaluation and optimization of tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 or more years of work experience in marketing or a related field
- Experience developing sales/marketing tools for existing and new product lines
- Understanding of end-to-end marketing processes for system and workflow optimization
- Experience in developing and fostering relationships
- Self-starter that possesses a high degree intellectual curiosity and drive
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
- Detail-savvy, organized and quick learner.
