About the role
- Lead talented territory teams to achieve and exceed company sales targets
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within a designated geographic area
- Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and product teams to implement strategic plans

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry or a related healthcare sector
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing a field-based sales team with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of established professional relationships with endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes
