About the role

  • Enable teams to execute Insulet’s strategic plan.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic development environment with matrix reporting structure.
  • Facilitate all Agile events effectively.
  • Help remove impediments obstructing team goals.
  • Provide data-driven reporting on delivery, risks, and security-related work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Scrum Master certification required
  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity or remediation-driven work preferred.
  • Experience with Medical Device industry, FDA Knowledge and SAFe framework is a plus.
  • Ability to define and improve Agile business processes and ways of working.
