About the role

  • Own and manage event tradeshow portables program, including vendor and inventory management, shipping and customer support for internal users.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Coordinate the ordering and shipment of event materials and branded assets for events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate product needs and manage forecasting and inventory levels for event activations.
  • Design pre- and post-event surveys to gather attendee feedback and generate actionable insights.
  • Support the setup and troubleshooting of event tech platforms including registration, mobile apps, and engagement tools.
  • Maintain shared resources and templates related to meetings and events.
  • Organize and manage shared meeting folders to ensure consistent structure, easy access, and version control.
  • Attendee Management for events including managing rooming lists and registration reports for ancillary events.
  • Provide general support to the Professional Events team as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4 years of experience in marketing, event planning, administrative support, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and digital platforms
  • Able to work independently and part of a team
  • High level of dependability with a strong sense of urgency, results-orientation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with event registration tools and technologies such as Cvent, Swoogo, Zuant or others or demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Veeva and other internal technologies a plus
