About the role

  • Create internal documents to prepare and disseminate information for diabetes-related conferences
  • Assist in the development of documents to provide scientific responses to healthcare providers via Medical Information
  • Lead the development of a key project within Medical Affairs based on candidate’s interests and Medical Affairs needs
  • Assist with general clinical and publication responsibilities
  • Generate early drafts of publication deliverables based on past examples such as abstract drafts, poster drafts, manuscript drafts, or associated templates
  • Contribute to scientific integrity of publications deliverables by validating data to the source and identifying potential errors
  • Assist with the dissemination of scientific materials for internal teams
  • Analyze scientific literature related to diabetes therapies, standards of care, and technologies to inform product development and commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a PharmD, Master’s or PhD level program working towards a degree in health sciences field
  • Knowledge of healthcare, biology, life sciences
  • Knowledge of type 1 & type 2 diabetes disease states
