About the role
- Promotes the benefits of insulin pump therapy and sells Omnipod Insulin Management System to providers and patients in group and/or individual sessions or as a continuing education offering
- Works in conjunction with Territory Manager and Inside Sales to achieve sales goals
- Supports and develops Key Account clinical expertise as well as records calls in Salesforce
- Dedicated to providing exceptional training and support to individuals initiating Omnipod System therapy
- Will deliver virtual training sessions through platforms such as Webex, Teams, and Zoom
- Assists with providing regular product demos to patients and HCPs
- Supports CPEs (certified Pod Educator) and coordinates with clinics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years’ experience training and/or managing pump patients
- Professional up to date credentials and/or certifications are mandatory: i.e. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDEs), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must reside within the assigned Eastern Ontario geographic territory which is between Kingston and Scarborough, Ontario, Canada
- Valid driver’s license required.
