About the role
- Assists in the software quality assurance efforts related to new product development and product modifications
- Creating Use cases
- Identifying and filling gaps in use cases/Test cases
- Creating and executing test designs and test cases
- Work closely with the software development team to identify improvements
- Influence the requirements definition and software design to maximize testability
- Develop and extend protocols and plans as device features evolve
Requirements
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
- 0-2 years hands on experience in software quality assurance associated with real time embedded software systems in regulated industry
- Experience working with products from the prototype through 510(k)/ISO clearance and commercialization
- Hands on experience using modern software development and quality assurance tools
- Knowledge of software Methodologies (black-box and white-box)
