Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits (brokerage experience preferred).
- Life & Health license (or willingness to earn one within 90 days).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A calm, professional presence — even when things get hectic.
- A genuine desire to serve and simplify for others.
