Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience as a software developer
- Experience deploying AI applications to production that run in real environments and deliver real value
- Expert-level familiarity with at least one LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or Grok)
- Hands-on experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java
- Experienced with PostgreSQL/pgvector, evaluation and monitoring pipelines
- Pragmatic, efficient, and clean coding practices
- Passion for using AI to transform entire industries
- Bonus: Angular/TypeScript, GIS, DevOps/MLOps, own open-source contributions in the agent or MCP space
