About the role
- Commercialization of the entire LZ media portfolio across all channels (digital, print, audio, events)
- Strategic advising of clients within B2B advertising planning and development of tailored communication solutions
- Conducting price and terms negotiations and preparing proposals
- Independent management of existing international clients
- Proactive, sustainable acquisition of new international clients
- Responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets within the defined client portfolio
- On-site client visits
- Attending trade fairs, congresses and FMCG industry events at home and abroad to acquire new clients
- Preparing potential, market and competitor analyses for the respective client portfolio
Requirements
- University degree or commercial/business training
- Initial professional experience—ideally in sales/monetization at a media company or in a media agency
- Some experience in cross-media advertising sales (digital, print, audio, event sponsorship) and client consulting
- Customer-oriented, strategic thinking and actions
- Sales acumen combined with a structured and meticulous working style
- Ability to self-organize and to manage intensive client relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team
- Interest in the FMCG sector, food, and advertising & media
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Business-fluent English; an additional foreign language is an advantage
