About the role

  • Commercialization of the entire LZ media portfolio across all channels (digital, print, audio, events)
  • Strategic advising of clients within B2B advertising planning and development of tailored communication solutions
  • Conducting price and terms negotiations and preparing proposals
  • Independent management of existing international clients
  • Proactive, sustainable acquisition of new international clients
  • Responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets within the defined client portfolio
  • On-site client visits
  • Attending trade fairs, congresses and FMCG industry events at home and abroad to acquire new clients
  • Preparing potential, market and competitor analyses for the respective client portfolio

Requirements

  • University degree or commercial/business training
  • Initial professional experience—ideally in sales/monetization at a media company or in a media agency
  • Some experience in cross-media advertising sales (digital, print, audio, event sponsorship) and client consulting
  • Customer-oriented, strategic thinking and actions
  • Sales acumen combined with a structured and meticulous working style
  • Ability to self-organize and to manage intensive client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Interest in the FMCG sector, food, and advertising & media
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Business-fluent English; an additional foreign language is an advantage
