About the role

  • Marketing and sales of the entire LZ media portfolio across all channels (digital, print, audio, events)
  • Providing strategic advice to clients within B2B advertising planning and developing tailored communication solutions
  • Conducting price and terms negotiations and preparing proposals
  • Independently managing existing international clients
  • Proactively and sustainably acquiring international new clients
  • Responsible for achieving sales and profit targets within the defined client portfolio
  • On-site client visits
  • Attending trade fairs, congresses and events in the FMCG sector domestically and internationally to win new clients
  • Preparing potential, market and competitor analyses for the assigned client portfolio

Requirements

  • University degree or commercial vocational training
  • Initial professional experience—ideally in sales/media sales at a media company or in a media agency
  • First experience in cross-media advertising sales (digital, print, audio, event sponsorship) and client consulting
  • Customer-oriented and strategic way of thinking and acting
  • Strong sales skills combined with a structured and meticulous working style
  • Ability to self-organize and manage intensive client relationships
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Interest in the FMCG and food sectors as well as advertising and media
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Business-fluent English; an additional foreign language is an advantage
