About the role
- You'll call sales lists, conduct initial consultations, and learn the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing.
- You will work closely with the founders and develop a feel for AI-supported processes.
- You will actively contribute to our innovative AI-driven telephony project.
- You will actively shape our sales processes, contribute ideas for improvement, and help test and implement new sales strategies.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and to dig into tasks
- Interest in sales
- Motivation to work diligently from home
- Ability to work independently (self-directed)
- Available for at least 3 to 6 months
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- Native German speaker
- Strong self-organization, as we work 100% remotely
- Technical affinity and experience in sales are a plus
- Responsible, effective, and self-organized work style with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
