About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for potential participants of our training programs.
  • You conduct consultation conversations, explain funding options (e.g., Bildungsgutschein/education voucher, QCG – Qualification Opportunities Act) and support prospects through to enrollment.
  • Conduct initial and advisory calls (phone, video).
  • Qualify, follow up on, and segment leads using ActiveCampaign and Airtable.
  • Provide structured follow-up and personal guidance to prospects throughout the pipeline.
  • Proactively reach out via Aircall, schedule appointments, and perform follow-up calls.
  • Maintain all customer data, activities, and reports in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of sales processes and automations (e.g., with Make, Airtable, Notion).

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in sales – ideally in B2C or consultative sales; experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Ability to inspire and persuade people and to guide them through clear, consultative advice.
  • Confident in needs analysis, advisory conversations, and closing.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign), clean pipeline management, and structured documentation.
  • Interest in digital tools, automation, and modern sales processes (e.g., Airtable, Make, Notion).
  • Self-motivated, structured, and reliable – also in a remote setup.
  • German fluent in spoken and written (C2).
