About the role
- Advising and closing pet insurance policies — with our support and our in-house AI.
- No cold calling — you speak with people who have already expressed interest in insuring their pet and professionally guide them to a policy purchase.
- Proficient in HubSpot — you will become an expert in our CRM and sales tool and use it to efficiently manage customer data, inquiries, and deals.
- Nurturing customer relationships — friendliness and reliability come first. You support prospects and customers on equal terms and ensure they feel well taken care of.
Requirements
- Affinity for animals — you love animals, may own pets, or already have experience through family, volunteering, or studies (e.g., veterinary medicine).
- Digital openness — new tools and processes don’t put you off; you enjoy them. You will quickly get up to speed with HubSpot & Co.
- Strong communication skills — you listen well, express yourself clearly, and engage with people in a friendly, empathetic manner.
- Reliability & flexibility — you can start immediately, work 20 hours per week, primarily in the afternoons, evenings, or on weekends. A fixed rota ensures you can plan your shifts in good time.
- Team spirit — you’re a good fit if you want to be part of an animal-loving, digital team where collaboration and respectful interaction are valued.
- Long-term availability — you are enrolled in university for at least another 1.5 years.
