About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead growth across Western Canada — driving revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and building a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive development and execution of regional sales and business development strategies.
  • Deliver on revenue, profitability, and growth targets across the Western Remote Services portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Establish clear sales targets, budgets, and account strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for client growth and retention.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a sales team.
  • Align sales efforts with operations, estimating, and marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in complex, multi-service or enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years in senior strategic sales roles.
  • Proven success delivering revenue growth and managing large client portfolios.
  • Strong experience developing account strategies and sales frameworks.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Western Canada.
