About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead growth across Western Canada — driving revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and building a high-performing sales team.
- Drive development and execution of regional sales and business development strategies.
- Deliver on revenue, profitability, and growth targets across the Western Remote Services portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
- Establish clear sales targets, budgets, and account strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor for client growth and retention.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a sales team.
- Align sales efforts with operations, estimating, and marketing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of leadership experience in complex, multi-service or enterprise environments.
- 5+ years in senior strategic sales roles.
- Proven success delivering revenue growth and managing large client portfolios.
- Strong experience developing account strategies and sales frameworks.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Western Canada.
