About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full‑cycle business development for integrated facility services within the education sector
  • Build and manage a pipeline of complex, multi‑site opportunities across school districts and campus environments
  • Identify and target key accounts across K‑12, private universities, and higher education systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10+ years of experience in solution‑based selling within facility services, outsourcing, or managed services
  • Direct experience working with K‑12 school districts and/or higher education institutions
  • A proven track record of closing large, multi‑year contracts (typically $1M+ annually)
  • Strong understanding of integrated facility management models, including bundled service delivery across technical and soft services
  • Experience navigating procurement‑driven environments and formal RFP processes
  • The ability to translate operational solutions into clear financial and institutional value
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with executive‑level and operational stakeholders
  • A collaborative approach, working cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams
  • A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Flexibility to travel based on client needs (approximately 60–70%)
