- 5+ years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience
- Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A knack for turning complex labour issues into practical solutions.
