About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet business needs.
Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Working knowledge in Salesforce essential tool sets like Apex, Flow builder, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant Force.com platform development tools.
Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI-driven coding assistance tools (e.g., Claude, Agentforce) to accelerate development.
Experience with platform events, developing APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) in Salesforce platform, and integrating other enterprise applications using middleware and event stream technologies.
Partner with architects and business stakeholders to identify opportunities.
Lead efforts in performance optimization, coding, configuration, documentation and testing standards.
Stay up to date with Salesforce's three annual releases.
Assist the extended team in identifying and resolving issues, providing ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of accumulative developer experience.
3 years of work experience in Salesforce platform.
Platform developer 1 or Administrator certification is essential.
Platform developer II certification is highly desirable.
Experience working with different enterprise applications setups.
Good understanding of the data models and integration technologies.
Should be good team player.
