About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement the national pharmacy strategy in your region
- Manage and develop key pharmacy partners in your territory
- Build sustainable, trust-based relationships as equals
- Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams to optimize the Dexcom solution in the pharmacy channel
- Analyze regional market trends, identify opportunities, and derive targeted actions
- Own regional performance and ensure goals and initiatives are successfully executed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of sales experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG environment
- Experience in diabetes or medtech sectors
- Strong sales instinct
- Ability to convince customers of solutions and retain them long-term
- Experience implementing national strategies at a regional level
- Operational excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset for growth and new opportunities
- Strong communicator, analytical and solution-oriented
- High initiative and ability to execute
- Team player who works independently and sets clear priorities.
