Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and IT to support and enhance manufacturing business systems
Perform Camstar /Siemens Opcenter MES modeling and configuration activities
Support Mendix-based applications, including requirements gathering and testing support
Collect, analyze, and document user requirements through stakeholder discussions
Develop and maintain process flow charts and workflow documentation
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with IT and development teams to clarify requirements
Assist with troubleshooting production issues
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Support end-user readiness through system documentation and training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
Minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Master’s degree and 0-2 years
Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Opcenter / Camstar
Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements
Experience creating process maps, flowcharts, and basic system interaction diagrams
Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Preferred: Experience supporting or working with low-code platforms, preferably Mendix
Preferred: Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturing)
