Key responsibilities & impact

Help lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint acceptance.
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear Jira user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work, align timelines, and refine requirements.
Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.
Define and maintain Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud requirements, including configurations and workflows.
Support SIT, UAT, and validation activities.
Manage Change Requests and ensure alignment with CAB processes.
Create and maintain documentation such as technical requirements and process maps.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
A minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud (nice to have).
Exposure to system integrations, data mapping, or compliance-driven environments (nice to have).
