About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be a key contributor on the global talent acquisition sourcing team, supporting the EMEA region sites
Partner closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand business groups deeply
Gather and present detailed talent market analysis and insights to influence recruitment strategies
Develop tailored and compelling employment propositions to targeted talent
Drive regular communication with stakeholders, outlining efforts, successes, and sourcing strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience
Proven Professional Sourcing Professional with a track record of efficiently implementing sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment
Speak English and one or more additional language(s) - French, Spanish or Italian
Experience developing advanced Boolean strings across all major recruiting platforms – LinkedIn, Seek, HireEZ, etc.
Knowledge of all aspects of a robust recruitment CRM and ATS
