About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designs, develops, configures, and customizes ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Delivers new functionality across applications.
  • Supports the entire development lifecycle.
  • Maintains stability and usability of the platform.
  • Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/remediation.
  • Supports incident resolution and request fulfillment.
  • Supports instance security, user/group access, administration, access control lists etc.
  • Implements and maintains ServiceNow integrations.
  • Ensures best practices, policies and procedures are utilized for all configuration and customization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Preferably with certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • With experience in Agile scrum methodology.
