About the role

  • Craft visually captivating presentations and proposals for various audiences
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, design, branding, marketing, and support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
  • Analyze data and creatively present insights; transform business objectives into compelling storyboards
  • Create design solutions and format slides/pages for consistency and clarity, ensuring each presentation reflects brand identity
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools to bring designs to life, incorporating multimedia elements as needed
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing page proof and adhering to style standards before project completion
  • Contribute to Corporate Presentations and Design team projects that shape company image and success

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a presentation or graphic designer (ideal)
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with executive leadership, branding, and marketing teams
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, PowerBi, Tableau, and SharePoint
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for design work
  • Experience in template creation, slide formatting, data analysis, and data storytelling
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to varied work schedules and deadlines
  • High level of creativity and innovation; strong understanding of marketing principles, multimedia design, and emerging trends
  • Strong proficiency using both macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Nice to have: Advanced degrees or certifications in graphic design, marketing, or related fields
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of motion graphics, storyboarding, visual effects, and audio editing
