Key responsibilities & impact

Lead our technology roadmap for Sales, Marketing, and Service.
Manage US resources for the primary business partner to our Commercial leadership team.
Translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.
Oversee the ecosystem of applications that drive revenue (CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics).
Ensure strict adherence to the regulatory requirements unique to the Medical Device industry (HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, GxP).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years of industry experience.
5-8 years of previous people management experience.
Extensive knowledge of and experience with eCommerce platforms and services.
Prior experience as an individual contributor, specifically a Software Engineer in the past.
Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with Commercial front-end systems.
